- give a short, practical overview of the CELTA course formats (full-time, part-time, extensive, online and face-to-face)

- clarify whether you need an English certificate (IELTS, Cambridge, etc.) to apply
- discuss how CELTA works if you are working or studying at the same time
- talk about typical job routes after CELTA and how IH Milan supports your next steps
