IH Milano & San Donato participates in a solidarity initiative

Our school contributes to providing a means of transport for people with limited motor skills to the Municipality of San Donato

International House Milano & San Donato, together with other local companies, contributed to the “Guaranteed Mobility Project” which provided the Municipality of San Donato Milanese on free loan with a vehicle for the transport of people with disabilities, the elderly or in a fragile situation .

On Tuesday 12 March, the vehicle was officially delivered to the Mayor who met in the town hall with a representation of the project’s supporters including Sieglinde Wolkan, director of our school.

I would like to thank all the organizations that have accepted the invitation to support a socially useful service aimed at the most vulnerable people in our community. In joining the project they demonstrated great sensitivity and equally civic and social commitment.

We have renewed our membership of the Guaranteed Mobility Project with gratitude and with the desire to continue with transport services for people with disabilities in our city. To date, the service has made it possible to carry out a thousand transports per year with a distance of approximately 7 thousand kilometers per year. I would like to thank: the companies and entities of our city that have made all this possible, PMG that works to generate these important opportunities and also those of our Municipality who guarantee the organization and provision of this service for the people of San Donato.
