Please scan and email the letter to us together with a Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form . Statutory declarations and/or certificates signed by family members are not acceptable. An “uiruiry on Results” service is available to test takers who are not satisfied with their results. If you are unhappy with your IELTS test result, you can have one or more components of your test re-marked by an IDP:IELTS Senior Examiner. You need to complete an Enquiry on Results Form and send it to us, along with your original Test Report Form and the AUD 160,00 fee. This must be done within 6 weeks of the test date. The “re-marks” are centralized through IDP:IELTS, who will inform us of their decision within 6-8 weeks; we will then inform you of the outcome of your appeal. If your score is higher as a result of the remark, you will be refunded the AUD 160,00 fee and will be issued with a new Test Report Form. If your score does not change or is lower, you will lose your AUD 160,00 fee and have your Test Report Form reissued to you. Note that IELTS Examiners and markers follow strict assessment guidelines and are regularly monitored. The IELTS testing process has the highest quality control procedures.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of International House Milan’s IELTS Test Centre service and wish to make a complaint, you can do so by sending a letter of complaint to the school detailing the problem. Alternatively, you can complete a Candidate Complaint Form on the day of your test. Any complaints about the test day itself should be made on the day of the test.
